Homes Selling Above List Price: Sellers Have the Edge

In El Paso, more homes are selling above their asking price than last year. The share of homes closing above list jumped by 3.8 percentage points, and the average sale-to-list ratio also ticked up. Sellers are seeing stronger offers and less need to negotiate.
