Oakville home prices jump 3.1 per cent to $1.37 million in September 2026

The average home price in Oakville was $1.37 million in September 2026, up 3.1% from August but down 2.5% year-over-year. Sales dropped 17.3% and active listings fell 19.4% compared to last year. Detached houses averaged $1.74 million, semi-detached $1.05 million, attached houses $1.17 million, townhouse-style condos $1.01 million, and apartment-style condos $699,379. Prices have risen significantly since 2016.
