Houston Sales Show Steady Activity Amid Market Changes

New, pending, and closed home listings in Houston all declined annually. New listings dropped 7.8% to 3,379, pending sales fell 26.8% to 1,554, and closed sales decreased 12.4% to 1,445. Property showings and online listing views also declined by 1.5% and 12.3%, respectively, while open houses increased 5.6% with 9,973 events held.
