In May 2026, the average home price in Ajax was $838,788, down 5.3% from April and 6.4% from May 2025. Sales rose 4.1%, while active listings dropped 17.2% year-over-year. Detached houses averaged $938,220, semi-detached $775,667, attached houses $744,865, townhouse-style condos $616,538, and apartment-style condos $461,950. Prices have increased over 43% since May 2016.
