Austin Sellers: Homes Are Selling Closer to List Price

In Austin, homes sold for a higher percentage of their list price this summer compared to last year. The average sale-to-list ratio rose by nearly half a point, and more homes closed above asking. Sellers are seeing stronger offers in today’s market.
