Las Vegas is launching two programs to assist homeowners with costly repairs. The drip repair program offers up to $7,500 for fixing active water leaks for qualifying primary residences within city limits, based on income limits. The lead paint remediation program targets older homes built before 1978 with young children present, providing free lead paint removal.
