Housing prices top $1 million again in Mississauga

Detached home prices grew 8.4% to $1,482,130, and semi-detached sales rose nearly 15%. Townhouse and condo prices declined, with condo sales down 8.4% and prices falling to $525,333. The market remains balanced with strong low-rise demand.
