August Brings Greater Affordability to North Okanagan Homes

Housing prices mainly declined in the North Okanagan as sales dropped to 111 in August from 162 in July and 167 the previous year. Single-family home sales totaled 60, townhouses 13, and condos/apartments 12. Sales decreased annually across all types, with condo sales rising monthly but others falling. Single-family home prices rose modestly to $794,300, while townhouse and condo prices declined to $545,900 and $302,400, respectively.
