Scholarship Foundation

The 2026 C.A.R. Scholarship Foundation offers scholarships up to $2,000 for two-year and $4,000 for four-year California college students pursuing real estate-related degrees. Applicants must have a 3.0+ GPA, completed at least 12 units including two real estate courses, and be enrolled in a California college. Required materials include an essay, official transcripts, two recommendation letters, and proof of residency. Scholarships are awarded annually at the C.A.R. Spring Business Meetings.
