The average home price in Richmond Hill was $1.21 million in August 2026, down 1.4% from July and 3.3% from the previous year. There were 161 sales with 933 active listings, both down from last year. Detached houses averaged $1.67 million, up 6.3% monthly but down 1.5% yearly. Semi-detached houses averaged $1.04 million, down 3.3% monthly but up 9.7% yearly. Attached houses, townhouse-style condos, and apartment-style condos all saw monthly and yearly price declines.
