Halloween and Opening Day (Indoors) at BFM
Halloween is getting a local twist at the Barrie Farmers’ Market on October 31, 2026, with a special indoor event celebrating Opening Day. It’s a great opportunity for families, neighbours and visitors to enjoy the market while making festive memories together. The event will feature pumpkin carving, a costume contest, seasonal treats, family activities and local vendors. Whether you’re searching for Halloween goodies, browsing unique local products or simply enjoying a fun community outing, there will be something for everyone. As a Barrie real estate professional, I love highlighting the events and gathering places that help make our community feel like home. Supporting local markets and small businesses is a wonderful way to connect with neighbours and discover what makes Barrie special. Mark your calendar, put together your best costume and plan your visit to the indoor Barrie Farmers’ Market. For event details, visit https://www.barriefarmersmarket.ca/events/halloween-at-bfm.
