Toronto families have a new reason to get curious about the natural world. BEES: A Story of Survival opens at the Royal Ontario Museum on May 16, 2026, offering an immersive, family-friendly look at one of the planet’s most important pollinators. Visitors can explore bee evolution, anatomy and hive life while discovering how these remarkable insects support ecosystems and food production. The exhibition also highlights the importance of protecting native bee species—an inspiring lesson for children and adults alike. Planning a weekend outing?
