Florida's median home prices rose in August despite slower sales, supported by tightening inventory. Single-family home prices increased over 1% to $415,000, while condo and townhouse prices rose nearly 3% to just under $298,000. Closed sales fell about 1.5% for single-family homes and just under 2% for condos and townhouses, ending 11-month sales growth streaks. Mortgage rates between 6% and 7% have slightly slowed sales growth.
