November Brings Greater Affordability for Los Angeles Homebuyers

In November, Los Angeles home prices fell moderately to a median listing price of $1,215,000, with a 0.2% decrease in price per square foot. Listings dropped 4.0% from the previous month, totaling 3,315 homes, 15.4% more than last year. Homes took an average of 59 days to sell, slightly longer than before. Nationally, price per square foot fell 1.2%, and homes averaged 64 days on the market.
