Several Arizona cities rank among the best real estate markets

Five Arizona cities rank among the top 50 U.S. real estate markets, with Gilbert leading at No. 13, followed by Surprise (No. 27), Peoria (No. 42), Tempe (No. 46), and Chandler (No. 50). Rankings were based on 17 factors including home-price appreciation, affordability, and job growth. Gilbert scored high in affordability and economic environment, while Surprise also showed strong economic fundamentals. Additional Arizona cities ranked lower but contributed to the state's strong real estate presence.
