BEES: A Story of Survival

Toronto families can kick off an unforgettable day of discovery on May 16, 2026, with BEES: A Story of Survival at the Royal Ontario Museum. Running through October 18, this immersive, family-friendly exhibition invites visitors to explore the remarkable world of bees and their vital role in our ecosystems. From bee evolution and anatomy to the intricate teamwork inside a hive, the exhibition brings these essential pollinators to life. Visitors can discover how bees survive, communicate and support the natural world through pollination, making the experience both entertaining and educational for curious minds of all ages. The exhibition also highlights the importance of protecting native bee species. It is a great opportunity for families to learn practical ways to support pollinators at home, while connecting with a larger conversation about biodiversity and healthy communities.
